ERROR CORRECTION AND DATA ENTRY: Correct and Review the Defense Information Base Reporting System (DIBRS) and The National Information Base Reporting System (NIBRS) entries and content as needed, return for major error corrections, missing information, follow up information and make final corrections before added into the database in a timely manner. All other processed corrections are reported to the flight pad for corrections. Review and make necessary corrections to the SFMIS Incident Reporting System.

CRIME ANLYSIS: Conduct yearly, monthly, and weekly traffic reports. Track and monitor suspensions. Track and monitor accumulation traffic points and accumulated violations and enforces suspensions based on findings. Monitors, document and records all of base offenses for all military members in SFMIS from initial charges through final adjudication and completion of sentencing. Assists with the month end closing process and end of the month Magistrate court open and close roster.

ACHIEVEMENTS: Reformed the Operators Instructions (OI) for the Magistrate Court Section which increased productivity in that section by 100 percent.
