Land Acquisition Services

• Title Search – Clean Title• Property Survey• Investigation of Hazardous Materials – “Phase I”• Relocation Program• Appraisal• Review Appraisal – set Fair Market Value “FMV”• Offer to Purchase• must be in writing, offer FMV, owner allowed at least 30 days for response

• Negotiations – must be documented• Acceptance of Offer – move to closing• Condemnation
