Register for ourTitan Interval Camp - 4 weeks of kick butt cardio and strength training to takeyourfitness to a new level. This class is run by our personal trainer, Nils Hofmann. This class istwice weekly,Monday/Wednesdays Feb. 2nd to 25th from 7-8pm in the Movement Studio.Must have a minimum of 4 participants for class to run.
