NPRR711 Update:NPRR711 Update:Increase the IDR Meter Required Threshold

◦ Due to new RMS membership NPRR711 history was provided to RMS of why the IDR Required Workshops were initiated in August 2014 and where we ended with Workshop VI on October 2015.

◦ Today, RMS isn’t any closer to a market solution that addresses all of the market’s concerns. Some concerns appear to be outside of the market’s ability to resolve.

◦ As of 2/2/16, RMS will request that NPRR711 continue to be Tabled at PRS. This delay will give new RMS members the additional time to review NPRR comments, hopefully members will understand the concerns discussed at the Feb. 2nd RMS meeting and to be prepared for a possible vote on NPRR711 during the March 1st RMS meeting.

Discussion RMGRR134 and NPRR753, Allow AMS Data Submittal Process for TDSP-Read Non-Modeled Generators◦ http://www.ercot.com/content/wcm/key_documents_lists/77520/1

5.__Discussion_of_RMGRR134___NPRR753.zip RMS discussed both NPRR753 and RMGRR134. RMS reviewed the TDSP Read Generation Form edits.

Action Item: During the Feb 11th PRS meeting, RMS leadership will request that PRS Table NPRR753 at PRS to allow RMGRR134 to be in alignment with NPRR753 throughout the approval processes, especially since RMGRR134 will not be considered for voting by RMS until the March 1st meeting.

February 10, 2016 RMS Update to COPS 20

Oncor’s Unplanned Outage Update (Fri. 1/8/16 @ 4:30PM) ◦ Takeaways for Market Communications:

In addition to providing what to do about reconnects for non-payment, TDSPs should provide statement concerning if Safety Nets Move-Ins are needed or not

If estimated restoration is known or not Advise Market when next Market Notice will be communicated

Sharyland’s CIS Conversion and Unplanned Outage Update◦ In the last two weeks CIS systems have moved to stabilization.

Action Item: SU to provide update to RMS if second planned CIS conversion contingent upon AMS deployment approval or not? The Market wouldn’t want a repeat of the system issues experienced during SU’s CIS Conversion I.

◦ More proactive communications – emails communications and/or market calls should be initiated by SU during unplanned outage event(s) in the future.

CNP’s Online LOA Usage Request Functionality in CRIP◦ New Competitive Retailer Information Portal (CRIP) LOA Usage functionality currently

being tested. System will look very similar to Oncor’s LOA. Soft launch on 2/22/16.◦ Training Webinars with Demos, Market Calls and Market Communications are

planned . ◦ CNP ‘s CRIP Registration for LOA access will require all 3rd Parties to have a DUNS.
