Salient Points•Coherent Zinc Geochemical Targets (shown in hot colours at right).•CSAMT geophysics defines Main Structural target for at least 3km.•Drilling to date has tested only about 20% of geochem/geophysics target.•Historic Mountain View Mine (orange at right) produced very high grade direct shipping ore.•Drilling has tested the mineralization from surface to depths of about 250 metres.•Mineralization is essentially zinc oxide-carbonate with only minor lead mineralization.•Entire mineralized zone defined to date is non-sulfide mineralization.•Oxide mineralization appears to be environmentally benign compared to sulfide.•Untested Sulphide potential at depth.

Metallurgy is Important in Non Sulphide Zinc Deposits
80SG > 3.03
• At a SG cut point 3.03, >79% of the zinc was recovered into 31% of the mass at a grade of 36.7% Zn.
• Rejection of acid consuming gangue minerals (CaCO3, MgCO3) was approximately 90%.
• This indicates that a saleable concentrate can likely be produced by a DMS only process.

90SG > 3.03
• At a SG cut point 3.03, ~80% of the zinc was recovered into 31% of the mass at a grade of 36.7% Zn.
• Rejection of acid consuming gangue minerals (CaCO3, MgCO3) was approximately90%.
• Conclusion:"This indicates that a saleable concentrate can likely be produced by a DMS only process".

Outotec Leach Testing (Press Release Dated June 6-16)Dissolution (leach) testing by process specialists at Outotec, FinlandTest parameters rather standard
Results showed:• High dissolution (leach) rate• Dissolution not significantly different - 75
and 90 degrees Celsius• Gangue also dissolved quickly• Pre-concentration will drastically reduce
costs for acid (prior HLS tests) • Carbonate reduction is key• pH 2 (=lemon juice) or lower showed fast
and exceptional leaching results • Leach cycle is exothermic (self-heating)• Zn can be recovered as SHG zinc product
or perhaps intermediate product

Zinc Sulphate Fertilizer Opportunity – Low CAPEX Local Consumers
Zinc Deficient Soybean PlantWidespread Zinc in soil deficiencies in USA, and the world generally due to zinc uptake by plants over decades.Dissolution of Zinc minerals (oxide/carbonate) in sulphuric acid produces zinc sulphate (zinc fertilizer).Zinc sulphate is the product of choice for zinc fertilizer; also used as cattle feed, medicine, pesticide, fungicide, in rayon and for electroplating.

Where Do Such Extremely Large Gold Nuggets Originate?• Longstanding arguments have recently been
largely resolved.• Large nuggets do not ‘grow in situ’• Large nuggets do not travel very far.• Large nuggets were not ‘hammered together
from many small ones’.• Large nuggets have very consistent
geochemistry that reflect local bedrock geochemistry.
• Very large nuggets are formed from ‘Museum specimens’ like the ones pictured here.
• At Livingstone local creeks typically contain quartz and the placers contain graphite and magnetite like the bedrock near the new showing area on the NZN property.

Livingstone Gold Project – Whitehorse Area -Yukon• Compelling Untested Gold
target• Expanded land position
covers 10km• 5 years of work completed• Waiting for 2016 results• Drill ready target• Very large gold nuggets
recovered in placer mining from 5 creeks over 10km.
• Placer mining continuous for nearly 100 years.
• No gold in bedrock until now.
• Geochemistry of Nuggets matches new gold discovery.
• Camp scale potential• Not a single drill hole in the
district.
