USER ACTION AUDITING

360eyes gathers BOE Audit data to provide very useful information. It can produce efficient

queries (because of the specific data model used) and detect unused documents (from

repository). Information Steward & Metadata Management can't handle BOE Audit data.

CMS METADATA ANALYSIS

Basic CMS meta-data analysis is possible by eyes and SAP tools. But SAP tools don't

provide any information on security.

OBJECTS IMPACT ANALYSIS

Advanced meta-data analysis is possible by eyes and dedicated SAP tools. But there is no

pre-built documents in SAP tools for reporting (for instance, no objects usage tracking, or

duplicate documents tracking possible in SAP).

SYSTEM COMPARISON 360eyes uses a specific feature to produce 'snapshots': it allows users to follow a system

through time and to compare BOE systems (different environments (Dev, QA, Prod) OR

different BOE versions).
