If you practice in a state that does not yet allow direct query into the PDMP, contact your state legislators or Boards of Pharmacy and encourage them to allow direct query. If you use EHR software not listed here, contact your EHR vendor and tell them you want this functionality. If both your state and EHR support this, but you don’t have it available, ask your IT department to activate it.
