The Maintenance Technician is directly responsible to the Maintenance Supervisor for performing maintenance and other duties that

assure the preservation and upkeep of the building, fixtures, and resident spaces. Each

Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance repairs and work in response to

service requests from residents. Each will assist the Maintenance Supervisor in duties requiring

physical labor and perform preventive maintenance inspections and testing of such
