Enclosed is a summary action and status report for each line item reference in the original letter sent from your office dated March 16th, 2010; credit bureau dispute reports forms; a consolidated student loan forbearance/deferment request; and installment agreement letters.

For each of the items raised in the preliminary investigation, I have provided the necessary documentation to demonstrate my action and intent in resolving each stated issue. As such, being in compliance with the clarification sent by Diane McKee, I trust that this information is sufficient to move my FDIC file forward and will result in the formal offer of employment.
