Management is the Key!

In conditions such as scoliosis, hypermobility, foot issues, or restoration

from cancer, current evidence supports an ongoing management  regimen, which in essence is a lifestyle change. Performers

needs guidance to protect and develop their talent.

Fulfilled Life= Alleviation

• The ultimate goal is inspired by principles handed down by Joseph Pilates and his Elder Protégés. That goal is a robust life well-lived. Pilates' zest for whole body health and whole body commitment to physicality and wellness is capable to many who reach out for it.

What learners say…• THANK YOU is not even enough to describe

how I feel. What’s also important is that I am much more confident in my own practice, that I know I am on the right track.

• I am still taking baby steps, considering everything that’s going on. But this is so exciting & encouraging that i just have to share with you! I love the corrective and therapeutic aspect of work & it has become what I mainly do!

• There’s so much more to learn. Julina Halim

Pilates Therapeutics' Scoliosis Specialization is a top-notch program for any Pilates instructor interested in continuing their education and working with this special population. Suzanne's material (and her presentation of it) is very well-organized and is truly an amazing body of work that she has honed and refined over many years. She created an extremely thorough manual of research, articles and exercises to accompany the program and was also able to connect the dots in a way that most continuing education courses do not. I feel like I came away with not only the knowledge but the ability to apply it and explain it, which is key. I can't wait to share it with my clients (and on myself!).

Thanks again!Erika Quinn

Suzanne's Foot course has been invaluable for working safely, effectively and confidently with my clientele. Her organization and attention to detail when she teaches is fantastic. Her incredible handouts are full of science based info that will deepen my knowledge for years to come. I appreciate her enthusiasm to share her seemingly endless knowledge of anatomy, injury and approach to her well respected work. This class is the perfect bridge between Physical Therapy and educating the Pilates professional that yearns for more knowledge to be of better service to her clients. Thank you, Suzanne! -- Tonya Marie Amos

Performers now need multiple performance skills that blend many

forms that were once isolated performing styles. For instance, more

gymnastic and tumbling skills are expected in most performing troupes.

In addition, musical theatre performers are often singing while moving on stage, giving special issues to this

group. Special attention is given to foot use,

nutrition, psychological skills needed to excel in this climate.

Day 1 typically ends with a mat class of the Pelvic Core.

Become a Leader

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you

didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from

the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.”–
