We have just come through another Holy Week, this year adding a Passover Seder to our observances. It was a great time of learning for all who participated and the kids are still asking questions. It has also been a season of passing as a number of deaths have occurred. While we paused to remember the cross on Good Friday, our hope is now in the resurrection that we celebrated on Easter. There is a time to be born and a time to die, let’s make the most of the time in between. Beyond the upcoming mission meetings mentioned on the next page, FCCers will be back on the field for their 2nd season of softball (see Josh Beneker for details). And the Youth SOS weekend is coming up quickly in June (see Pastor Efrim Johnson if you’d like to volunteer). Leading PassoverSeder

Signs of Life

Spring is here and there are signs of life all

over. We have just come through another Holy

Week, this year adding a Passover Seder to our

observances. It was a great time oflearning for all who participated and the

kids are still asking questions.

It has also been a season of passing as

a number of deaths have occurred. While

we paused to remember the cross on

Good Friday, our hope is now in the

resurrection that we celebrated on Easter.

There is a time to be born and a time to

die, let’s make the most of the time inbetween.

Beyond the upcoming mission

meetings mentioned on the next page,

FCCers will be back on the field for their 2nd

season of softball (see Josh Beneker for

details). And the Youth SOS weekend is coming

up quickly in June (see Pastor Efrim Johnson if

you’d like to volunteer).

On Sunday May 3rd we will hear from theInternational Director and on Wednesday May 5th the team willjoin FCC at the Community Meal. I encourage you to make it apriority to participate and have your heart expanded for thosewho have had little opportunity to hear the Gospel. If you’d still

like to like to help, see Shannon Runnels, one of the FCC MissionCommittee members. Please pray that these will be fruitful timesfor the leaders and that they will feel very welcomed here.
