The FC5 Hornet is a new generation of alcohol screener for use by schools, police, probation, jails, mining and related testing in safety sensitive indus-tries.

Testing for the presence of alcohol has never been easier. No mouthpieces or special attachments are required. Simple to operate, the FC5 uses icons toeliminate misinterpretation due to language barriers.

The FC5 is alcohol specific and uses a platinum fuel cell providing users with rapid response and reset times, as well as long working life.

The FC5 Hornet comes standard with threeoperating test modes used for subject, ambient air and open container testing. Designed for safety, the FC5 allows the operator to see the test results without revealing the display to the subject.

Battery InstallationTheFC5isdesignedtooperateusing4AAalkalinebatteries.RemovethebatterydoorbypressinginanddownonthedoorlocatedonthelowerbackoftheFC5.

Installthe4AAalkalinebatteriesinthedirectionofthesymbolsinthebatterycase.Closethecasebypushinguponthebatterydooruntilitlocksshut.

Inordertochangeorinstallbatteries,thegripmustberemovedfromtheFC5.

Fuel Cell Warranty*Unlessotherwisesetforthintheapplicablepurchaseagreement,LifelocwarrantstotheoriginalpurchaserofLifelocbreathalcoholtestersthatthefuelcellpurchasedwiththeinstrumentshalloperatewithoutdefectforthelifeoftheinstrumentsubjecttothefollowingconditions:

1) Lifelocshall,atitsoption,electtorepairorreplace anyfuelcellreturnedtoLifelocasdefective.

2) AllfuelcellsreturnedtoLifelocasdefectivebecome thepropertyofLifeloc.

3) Warrantyappliesonlytofuelcellspurchasedwith newinstrumentsafterJune1,2014.

4) Warrantyisvalidonlytotheoriginalpurchaserofan instrument.Warrantydoesnotpasstosubsequent usersiftheinstrumentisresold,stolen,donatedor giventoanyoneotherthantheoriginalpurchaser.

5) Warrantyisinvalidatedif,intheopinionofLifeloc, theinstrumenthasbeenmisused,abused,modified orimproperlymaintained.Lifelocshallconductits normalbillableFactoryDiagnosticTestonall instrumentssubmittedforLifelocLimitedLifetime FuelCellWarrantyevaluationpriortoacceptanceby LifelocoftheLifelocLimitedLifetimeFuelCell Warrantyclaim.

El FC5 Avispón es una nueva generación de alcoholímetro para el uso en ambientes de cero tolerancia, como las escuelas, la policía, las cárceles, e industrias como la minería, transporte, etc. donde la seguridad es muy sensible.

Ahora detección de la presencia de alcohol nunca ha sido tan fácil. El FC5 no requiere boquillas ni accesorios especiales. Es fácil de operar porque utiliza iconos para eliminar las malas interpretaciones debido a las barreras del idioma.

El FC5 es específico al alcohol y utiliza la misma tecnología usado por la policía en los alcoholímetros de Lifeloc, porque tiene la misma celda combustible de platino de 1” que proporciona una muestra de bomba superior, y que ofrece una lectura y tiempo de respuesta rápida además tiene una larga vida útil.

El Avispón FC5 viene con tres modos de pruebas: el modo de sujeto individual, de aire ambiental y la prueba para recipientes abiertos. Diseñado para la seguridad, el FC5 permite al operador ver los resultados de la prueba sin revelar la pantalla y el resultado al sujeto.

GarantíaLifelocTechnologies,Inc.(“Lifeloc”)garantizaal compradorqueenelmomentodesalirdelas instalacionesdelLifeloc,todoslosnuevosequipos adquiridosatravésdeLifelocounodenuestros distribuidoresautorizadosestaránlibresdedefectosdematerialymanodeobra,bajounusonormalyelservicio,siempreycuandoelcompradordaLifelocavisoescritodecualquierdefectodentrodelosdoce(12)mesesdesdelafechadelafacturaoriginal(la“Garantía”).Eltérmino “EquipoLifeloc”incluyetodoslos[alcoholímetros portátilesyfijosfabricadosporLifeloc],asícomotodaslasimpresoras,teclados,cables,fundas,yfuentesde alimentaciónadquiridoscomopartedeunanueva configuracióndelkitLifeloc.SoftwaresejustificallevaracabosustancialmentedeacuerdoconlosmanualesdeusuarioLifelocydeestarlibrededefectosenmaterialesymanodeobrabajocondicionesnormalesdeusoy servicioporunperiododedoce(12)mesesapartirdelafechadelafacturaoriginal.

Lagarantíanoseaplicasielproductohasidoalterado,modificadopararequisitosparticulares,reparado,reportadocomorobadoomodificadoporalguienquenoseauntécnicoautorizadoporlafábricaLifeloc,osilaspartessequeutilizanensustituciónoreparaciónnoseanaprobadasporLifeloc. Elúnicorecursodelcompradorylaúnica responsabilidaddeLifelocporincumplimientodela garantíaserálareparación,sustitucióno,aopcióndeLifeloc,devolucióndelpreciodecompraoriginalpagadoporelcompradoraLifelocparaelEquipoLifelocquesemuestra,asatisfacciónrazonabledeLifeloc,aser

defectuosoenelincumplimientodelagarantía (“defectuoso”y,eldefectocausantedelEquipoLifelocseadefectuoso,un“defecto”).Bajoningunacircunstancia deberáLifelocseráresponsableporunmontoqueexcedaelmenordeloscostosdereemplazooelpreciodecompraoriginalpagadoporelcompradoraLifelocparaelEquipoLifeloc.Lifelocnoseráresponsabledeningún softwaredelcliente,laconfiguraciónporclienteodatosdeconfiguraciónoregistrosdepruebasdelclienteresidentesencualquieradelosproductosdevueltosparaservicio,reparación,garantíaorecertificación.

Lifelocnoasumeningúnriesgoporlosdañoscausadosentránsito.SiLifelocdeterminaqueundefectoestáfueraonocubiertaporlagarantía,LifelocestimarálosgastosdereparaciónydeservicioyobtenerlaautorizacióndelcompradorantesderealizarcualquiertrabajopararepararelEquipoLifelocdefectuoso.Despuésdelareparación,elEquipoLifelocserádevueltoalcompradorportransporteterrestreestándarydeprepago.CargosporExpress,siestáautorizadoporelcomprador,sefacturaránaladiferenciaentrelascargasexpresasylosgastosestándardedevolución.

Lifeloc no incurrirá ningún costo relacionado con la pérdida, el daño o la documentación incompleta o inexacta de los productos devueltos, independientemente del punto de origen.

Losrecursoslimitadosdequeelcompradorseha indicadoanteriormentedeberánestarlibresapesardequepuedenfallardesufinalidadesencial.Ningún acuerdoquemodifiqueolaampliacióndelagarantíaanterior,sinremedios,sinexclusionesolimitacionesnoseránefectivosamenosqueporescritoyfirmadoporunoficialejecutivodeLifeloc.Lacorreccióndecualquierdefectodeningunamaneraextiendeladuracióndelagarantía;sóloelplazodegarantíarestantedelEquipo LifelocseaplicaatodaslasmáquinasLifelocreparadoodereemplazoqueseproporcionaenvirtuddelaGarantía. LagarantíanoestransferibleyeseficazentodoslosequiposLifeloccompradosdesdeydespuésde[01deseptiembre2014].Derechosyrecursopuedenvariarsegúnelpaís.

1) Lifelocdeberá,asuelección,optarporrepararo reemplazarcualquierceldadecombustiblevueltoa Lifeloccomodefectuoso.

2) TodaslascélulasdecombustibledevueltasaLifeloc comodefectuosaspasanaserpropiedaddeLifeloc.

3) Lagarantíaseaplicasóloalascélulasde combustiblecompradosconnuevosinstrumentos despuésdejunio1de2014.

4) Lagarantíaesválidasóloparaelcomprador originaldeuninstrumento.Garantíanopasaa losusuariosposterioressielinstrumentoes revendido,robado,donadooentregadoacualquier personaquenoseaelcompradororiginal.

5) Garantíanoseráválidacuando,enlaopiniónde Lifeloc,elinstrumentohasidomalutilizado, abusado,modificadoomalmantenido.Antesdela aceptacióndeunareclamacióndeunagarantía porvidadelaceldacombustible,Lifelocllevaráa cabosupruebadediagnósticonormal,prueba facturable,entodoslosinstrumentospresentadosa Lifelocparalagarantíalimitadadelacelda combustible.

6) LagarantíadelacéluladecombustibleLifeloc limitadanoseaplicasielproductohasido

Garantía reparadoomodificadoporalguienquenoseaun técnicoautorizadoporlafábricaLifelocy/osi laspiezasutilizadasensustituciónoreparaciónno sonaprobadosporLifeloc;oensucasoelnúmero deserieLifelochasidoeliminadoodeteriorado.

7) Uninstrumentocambiadoporotro,notendrávalor monetarioasociadoconlacéluladecombustible debidoalpropietario.

8) Lagarantíalimitadadelacéluladecombustible Lifeloc,nosobrevivemásalládelfinaldelavidadel instrumentoyserádeterminadosegúnlaentera discrecióndeLifeloc.

9) Aexcepcióndeloestablecidoanteriormente, todaslasceldasdecombustibleLifelocestán sujetosalagarantíaestándardeLifeloc.
