B. Conclusio ns

1. The MCI is afanatic Negro organizationpurportingtobemotivated bythe religiousprinciples oi Islam, but actuallydedicated tothe propagationof hatredagainst thewhiterace. The services conducted throuiout the temples arebereft oi any semblanceto religious exercises.

2. Organizationally, the MCIis acollection oi autonomoustemples boundbyatremulous personal relationshipbetweenthe headsoi the temples andthe headquartersoi the Cultin Chicago, Illinois.
