Faxing 101:Using the Fax

Machine(and yes, we have a fax

machine!)How to usea calling card

for a long-distance number:

Step Step one:one:Go to the

fax

machine

Place the paper face down in the fax machine.

Step Step two:two:

Step Step three:three:

On the top, left-hand side

of the fax machine,press the “HOOK” button

and then press “9” on the number pad.

Step Step four:four:

Dial the number on the back of the calling card & follow the directions given by the

operator.After you have dialed the number that you are faxing

to, hit the send button.

Step Step five:five:

~The paper will then proceed

through the faxing process.

Wait until the paper is free from the machine!~Take the paper out of the fax machine &

You are Done!

For a local fax number

follow steps 1-3 and then dial the local fax number
