Fatigue
• Fatigue is a feeling of extreme physical or mental tiredness brought on by extreme exertion.
Fatigue has a negative effect on performance:
• Local muscular fatigue may cause you to stop what you are doing.
• Concentration levels will decrease and may cause you to make mistakes.
• Skill levels decrease as speed and strength decrease.
• If you are not able to have some form of rest you will be forced to stop.
• May result in injury!
