elcome to our first Fashion Stars magazine, this issue we see what trends are happening in Sydney

stores, chat to our students about their style, what it’s like to be a FS design student & what they like to do for fun. Our cover girl Laura is modeling herown vest that she designed and made at FS.We think she looks great!No need for touch up’s in our FS magazine we love to keep it real. Students...Q What's your style?A Laura: Modern & clean designs Rachel: I like bright colours, but I don't like shiny or sparkly. Ella: Cool prints - anything with birds on it! Layering, sparkles, and anything thats quirky. I love scarves!

Q What's it like to be a Fashion Stars student?A Ella: It's awesome! Laura: Fun and interesting! Rachel: It's fun! :)

Q What project have you enjoyed the most? Laura: Making clothes Rachel: The shoe art project and making handbags Ella: All of it! Making clothes, shoe art. I can't wait for next term when we are doing sleepwear and making monster toys.

Q What else do you do for fun?A Ella: Drawing, designing, painting, shopping - I love scarves. Rachel: Art Laura: Sports & dancing

As always, our classes are full of creative fashion, craft & design projects. This term: Monday's Senior Neutral Bay class some fantastic hand bags and nearly finished their super-cool shoes. Tuesday's Junior Neutral Bay class and Bondi Junior Thursday class have made some really cute animal wrap scarves and have nearly finished their handbags that have a little pocket for a little to animal that they screen-printed, sewed and stuffed.
