    This product will be a fashion spread for a teenage magazine called LENG.

    Theme

    My theme throughout will be Youth culture in society.

    Model

    My model will be ylan Poole.

    Locations

    My locations will be an urban area! a woodland area! a house and "#$m not

    too sure about the fourth%.

    # will be using a lot of North face gear! mainly coats and (umpers! as wellas merchandise from )tone #sland! *erghaus! Mammut and Ni+e.

    # will use a zoot as a prop as it demonstrates youth culture! a mobile

    phone! and possibly a dog.

    0ontingency Plans

    There could be the possibility that my model falls sic+ or is not able to do

    the shoot upon the particular day # need. #f this is the case # will ha1e to

    locate another model who will be 'ne with what # would li+e to do within

    my photoshoot.

    There could be the possibility that # ha1e a camera malfunction. #f so # will

    attempt to gather images upon my phone to +now what # want the images

    to loo+ li+e and then '2 the camera to repeat the shoot.

    3pplication;ithin my magazine! # will not be using such images that promote this

    type of thing as well as +eeping my articles rele1ant to the audience and

    clean! therefore no need to include horrendous images or statements.

    ;ith regards to my imagery and articles in my magazine! # will ma+e sure

    that they do not display or say anything that is derogatory to any social

    class or type of person as it may cause distress to audience members! or

    possibly cause complaints which would lead to legal problems.

    efamation 3ct owe1er! it is not a criminal o9ence and so property owners

    must bring their claim in the ci1il courts.

    3pplication

    This needs to be ta+en into regard with the images used in my magazine

    as well as conducting inter1iews as # need to ma+e sure that where1er my

    photographs and inter1iews are completed! # ha1e the permission to use

    the location for my own personal reasons. ;ithout this permission! # could

    land myself in possible legal trouble to do with the trespass law.

    Ethical 0onstraints

    Ethical 0onstraints aren?t necessary things that you could get arrested for

    but they are (ust as important. These constraints mean that you are

    wor+ing within accepted norms of society and you ha1e to beha1e in what

    is considered the right way without o9ending anyone. This is co1ered by

    self@regulating industry codes and it?s up to the producer of whate1er

    media production you?re doing to ma+e a proper (udgment call.

    Race:;ithin any form of media! presenters! editors and writers mustma+e sure that no racist or discriminati1e statements are made or implied

    in order to A+eep it clean$. 7nless the content is speci'cally targeted that

    type of person or humour! then negati1e racial implications will always be

    pressed for remo1al within written and spo+en media.

    Application: #n my fashion spread! # will not show any form of image or

    writing that degrades any person$s race howe1er # will not be able to ma+emy spread multi@racial as # am using a singular model who is white.

    Disability:isability is something else that media companies attempt to

    +eep on top of due to the fact that it helps with image as well as showing

    that they are doing their bit to attempt to help the children or adults who

    'nd themsel1es in this situation.

    Application: 3gain! within my spread # will not depict disability to be a

    laughable thing or show any material that could possibly cause themserious mental harm. >owe1er! # won$t be able to deli1er to the disabled

    community due to the fact that my model is an able bodied person.

    Gender:0ompanies +now the importance of presenting themsel1es as

    gender neutral which is why! li+e the race reasons! they employ a mi2ture

    of both male and female talent in order to widen their demographic and

    show their support as well as showing content aimed at both gender

    pro'les in order to achie1e ma2imum popularity.

    Application: )ince my fashion spread is aimed at a male demographic it

    is ,uite hard to get it to conform to a female audience.
