Red Indians. Next it was me to get your dancing shoes on as “Oh we’re going to Ibiza” blasted through the speakers.

Neon paiNeon paints, short shorts, crop tops and disco pants got everyone in the mood to party, even the teachers looked as if they wanted to get up and get their groove on! A ‘Winter Wonderland’ theme shortly emerged with the North Pole, white lips and woolly hats graced the cthe catwalk and Mr & Mrs Claus even made an appearance, leaving the audi-ence feeling extremely Christmassy! Fi-nally, last but not least it was time for the grand finale; everyone was involved in this section. The brilliant thing about this was that most of the outfits were handmade or had special touches

Once again Bullers Wood School have pulled off another successful fashion show. In just two months students were able to or-ganize an outstanding event represenng the diverse cultural fashions of today. The fashion show on the 6th December took place in the main hall; a lot of effort was put in in to the preparaon of the affair with a red carpet and incredible visuals helping to set the scene for this global journey. Both year 13s and 12s all worked together, from Fash-ion students to Media students, all contrib-ung to create one of the best Fashion shows Bullers Wood have ever hosted.

The theme for this year’s spectacular fashion show was ‘Around the World’; The countries chosen for the event were, England, Egypt, America, India, Mexico, Ibiza, North Pole and a grand finale of ‘Under the Sea’. England was heavily influenced by the patrioc colours of the Brish flag; models chan-nelled the nelled the football culture which England is notoriously known for onto the runway. Egypt juxtaposed to this heavily focusing more on the tradional ideologies of the country through the use of robes and the portrayal of the pharaohs. Another exoc country was India; it was by far one of the momost impressive secons, the vibrant colours and upbeat music had the audience cheering and clapping. Mexico sported a Dawn of the Dead theme with a lot of intri-cate face paint designs involved. The ‘Ameri-ca’ secon was mostly based on high school with American footballers and cheerleaders and then contrasng with this a ‘Wild West’ theme was also included with cowboys and
