The Fifth + Broadway complex is located in the heart

of downtown Nashville, close to iconic landmarks, event

venues, and cultural attractions such as the Ryman Auditorium, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and Bridgestone Arena. Fifth + Broadway will offer visitors

of all ages an outstanding collection of shopping,

dining, culture, and entertainment found nowhere

else in the city.

Fifth + Broadway will offer all out of town guests a

Visitor Pass filled with a variety of special offers,

amenities, gifts with purchase, and more. Complimentary

vouchers will be available to the travel trade in 2020 for

clients to redeem for their Visitor Pass when booking

travel to Nashville.

Nashville prides itself on being a hub for fashion

designers. At Fifth + Broadway, national retailers and

eclectic shops will be clustered around an open-air street

that features a variety of shopping experiences from

global brands to local artisans and creative designers.

Distinctive shops will offer today’s lifestyle trends, urban

and country fashion, accessories, tech, home, music

memorabilia, and more.

F O O D

Nashville has become one of the top culinary

destinations in America. Downtown diners. Signature

restaurants. Rustic farm-to-table bistros. Breezy brunch

cafes. Honky-tonks. Cozy lounges. Hip coffee shops.

The centerpiece: Nashville’s first Public Market, an open

eatery at Fifth + Broadway with chef-driven outlets and

indoor/outdoor communal tables. The European-style

market will include a curated menu of casual dining and

takeaway foods from local eateries, as well as a coffee

bistro and an on-site wine bar.

Nashville’s Food Hall will also feature an outdoor

rooftop dining terrace and entertainment deck

overlooking the historic Ryman Auditorium, Lower

Broadway, and Bridgestone Arena. This space will be

available with catering for group functions, convention,

and corporate events.

F U N

Fifth + Broadway is proud to be the home to the

National Museum of African American Music, opening

in 2020. The Museum will be dedicated to preserving the

legacy and celebrating the accomplishments of more

than 50 music genres created, influenced, and inspired

by African-American artists from folk and hip-hop to

blues and country. A variety of seasonal events, musical

performances, and family entertainment will also be

produced throughout the year.
