WEEK AT A GLANCE
Chef Scott Miller builds each Max Chef to Farm Dinner
around the day's harvest. Guests enjoy the freshest foods
and produce in the sublime beauty of local farms. The evening begins with a wine tasting reception,
followed by a farm tour led by the host farmer.
The tour concludes in the tented area where tables
dressed in white linen and candlelight offer a view of
the al fresco kitchen. Each dinner is cooked from scratch
and showcases that day's best produce.
