Only doing Year 8 Tasks and Topics
Year 8 study a two year Science programme which combines the year 7 , 8 and 9 units. The exam, however, will only be on the topics you have studied in year 8. The internal exam resources are available from the FLG website. The Revision Sheets: Summary sheets of the units can be found on the FLG website. They are a simplified summary of every unit. Checklists: For every unit there is a guide to the lesson objectives. The scientific content has been broken down into levels in order to personalise learning. Students can pitch their learning towards a particular level; aim high and always aim for the level above your target. To assist learning, the key words are always included in the sections. Language for learning is important as it will allow you to enhance the explanations of science in your written answers.
