S/A requested officcomplete an investigative report due to the mere fact that there were so mainvolved with this incident and agents from the North Dakota Bureau of CrimInvestigation (NDBCI) needed to be able to find out all information related to

     A. S/A reviewed a four (4) page report from FPD Officer Jordan

    Officer Jordan Michaels and Officer Scott Normandin were some of officers dispatched to this domestic disturbance. Officer Jordan MichOfficer Scott Normandin met with Marcus Schumacher Jr. at Sanfordobtain all information related to this incident. Officer Jordan Michaelslearn that MARCUS SCHUMACHER had possibly fired a weapon atSCHUMACHER’s wife, Michelle Schumacher, due to an argument tstarted at approximately 5:00 p.m., on February 10, 2016.     B. S/A reviewed a one (1) page supplement report from FPD Off Arnold, who advised that upon responding to this incident, Officer Cwas assigned to set up Officer Corey Arnold’s portion of the perimet

     Avenue and 3rd Street North, Fargo, North Dakota. Sometime after  Arnold set up perimeter at the initial location, Officer Alex (Alexanderelieved Officer Corey Arnold of that position. So Officer Corey Arnomoved to 8th Avenue North and 4th Street North, which allowed Off

     Arnold to direct traffic out of the area. Officer Corey Arnold also repoOfficer Corey Arnold heard approximately fifty (50) separate gunshoOfficer Corey Arnold believed to be from two (2) different guns. Offic

    C. S/A reviewed a one (1) page supplement report from FPD OffGrandbois related to this incident. Officer Samuel Grandbois was tharrive on scene and started to set up a perimeter. Officer Samuel Gr

    staged himself at 9th Avenue North and 5th Street so Officer Samuewas able to see the west side of the target house. Other officers arriwere able to make a full perimeter. Once it was determined that MASCHUMACHER was deceased, Officer Samuel Grandbois was instrLieutenant Christopher Helmick to grab Officer Samuel Grandbois’ pbelongings, turn his squad car and lock it and leave the squad car wat 5th Street North and 9th Avenue North.
