Inially, following services will be available to POSB customers at ATMs:- Cash Withdrawal, Fast Cash, Balance Inquiry, Mini Statement, Funds Transfer (Funds Trans- fer within OWN Savings Accounts of POSB), Funds Transfer (Funds Transfer to other Savings Accounts of POSB), Pin Change On ATM service Which services can be availed through these ATMs by the customers? Can cards of any bank be used in the DoP ATM machine or POSB ATM cards be used in other banks ATM machine? No, POSB ATM Cards can be used in only DoP ATMs and other bank ATM Cards cannot be used in DOP ATMs. How can a customer apply for ATM card? Depositor who wants to have ATM/Debit Card will submit applicaon in the pre- scribed form at the post office where account stands. What will be the maximum amount of money which can be withdrawn from ATMs in a single day? Maximum amount that can be withdrawn from ATMs in a single day will be Rs.25000/- and at a me, Rs 10,000/-. Which services can be availed through these ATMs by the customers?

No, POSB ATM Cards can be used in only DoP ATMs and other bank ATM Cards cannot be used in DOP ATMs.

How can a customer apply for ATM card?

Is there any document or helpline number to contact in case of any doubt?

Directorate has circulated Operational Hand Book of ATM Version-1. In case of any doubt, Postal staff has to consult that document. Further, post office may contact Circle ATM SPOC or CPC Banga-lore at Phone No. 18004252440.

Is Postmaster or any DoP official responsible for cash loading operation for ATM?

As an interim measure, Postmaster has to provide cash to the Cash Replenishment Agency (CRA) but as a regular feature, Postmaster or any other DoP official is not responsible for cash loading.
