Q2: How long is the probation, and how about the salary in probation and after?
A2: By law, we require up to 3months of probation for new hired staffs. Salary during probationary period is equivalence of80%of the base pay.
From the first day after the probation, salary will be returned to 100% of base pay.
Q3: When is the paid date? Does the company pay for our commercial insurance?
A3: No later thanthe 10thof each calendar month, the company pays for employees wages of last month (from 1 to the end day of the month), and
will postpone for public holiday.The company purchases commercial insurance for foreign staffs (coverage of major illness and hospitalization
insurance).
Q4: What is the official working hour? Is there overtime situation?How to calculate overtime pay?
A4:By law, the company adopts a five-day week, 8 working hours a day (from 10:00 to 19:00, with 1 hour lunch break), and no more than 40 hours a
week. Overtime is based on the needs of the project and yet is limited to minimum. The company will offer the appropriate overtime pay andsubsidies according to the length of the actual overtime.
Q5: Can the company provide the original contract for me to sign first?
A5: We can send you the "Job Offer Letter" which has the same legal effect; hereby you can apply for the relevant certificates/legal documents
from your government, such as "Non-Criminal Certificate" applying from the police department or designated offices, and so on. The job content,
employment duration, and wages etc. specified in this " Job Offer Letter " is consistent with the content of the formal employment contract
(Chinese version) that you will formally sign after arriving (We will have a interpreter to guide you through legal papers). Before sending "Job Offer
Letter", we need you to provide the scanned or faxed copy of the followings:
i, Your passport (must be valid)
ii, Your proof of address (such as the bills of water, electricity, gas, and telephone charges sent to the address);
iii, Your residential address (if any, please provide), current address, and your home phone number (landline and mobile phone number)

DWelfares/BenefitsQ1: What is the benefits policy for foreign employees?
A1: The Company purchases commercial insurance for all foreign employees. For non-probationary employees, the company provides the paid
annual leave, marriage leave, maternity/paternity leave-jointly called PTO, festivals bonus, and lunch subsidies etc. All employees receive
annual performance review and receive annual bonus which is performance-based.For each year, there will be a certain percentage of salary
increment.Meanwhile, the company also applies the "Foreign Labor and Employment Permit" and the work (residence) visa for the foreign
employees and its free of charge.Other welfare policy will be introduced in details by HR when you are on board.

Q2: Does the company provide accommodation for foreign staffs?
A2:Based on the projects (such as the positions you have applied), the company will provide accommodation for foreign staffs. Conditions of
Apartment: 3 persons each suite, including basic furniture and electrical appliances. At the same time the company bears the property
management fee, water, electricity, Internet access fees, and gas charge within the upper limit. If you do not need us to provide theaccommodation or you wish to live single, there will be a housing allowances amounting to RMA1000/person/month released to you through the
monthly pay.
Q3: Will you arrange to pick up? Can the ticket be reimbursed?
A3: With your formal confirmation to join in, we can arrange airport pick-up service. Hence we recommend that you fly directly to Shenzhen airport
(not to HongKong airport), and we will pick up at the Shenzhen airport; if you fly to Hong Kong first, you need to cross the border from Hong Kong
to Shenzhen. For the latter case, we suggest that you can enter Shenzhen from any of the following major ports. These key ports include: Luohu
Port, Futian Port, Huanggang Port, Shekou Port. For more information about landing in Shenzhen from Hong Kong, please visit the following

Q1: What information do I need to provide for employment visa/permits?
A1: All of the following conditions must be satisfied to apply for employment visa/permits:
i, Physical health conditions (application will be rejected if testing out a genetic or other diseases in Chinese entry-exit inspection and
quarantine department).
ii, Owning the professional skills and appropriate work experience to be engaged in work (need to provide education certificates, professional
qualification certificates, etc.).
iii, Non-criminal certificate (issued by public security organization or relevant departments in the host country).
iv, A valid passport or other international travel documents that can replace passport (valid for more than 6 months, if employee has come to
China before, the visa and the copy of the immigration records should be clear and complete).
To apply for employment visa/permit, you must provide the following documents in original copies. We will keep them safe and return to you on
the completion date of application. Youre your personal information will be protected:
i, Your valid passport or other international travel documents that can replace passport (valid for more than 6 months, if employee has come to
China before, the visa and the copy of the immigration records should be clear and complete).
ii, Your highest academic qualification certificates and other vocational qualification certificate, etc.
iii, Notarized no criminal record issued by local government of your country, and recognized by the consul
iv, Health certificate (issued by public hospital of your country)

A2: After received your information, we will follow the below process to apply for employment permit for you, and it takes at least 3 months, the

GOthersQ1: When should be more appropriate if I quit?
A1: We will apply the work visa for you to work in China, which takes up to 3 months.We will inform you after your work visa is ready.You canchoose to resign in the third month when we submit the visa application for you. After obtaining the work visa, you can land in China and directly
report to work. We will apply for the residence permit for you in the following month, which will not affect your work during application period.
Q2: Will telephone charges be reimbursed?
A2: Generally speaking, phone bills are not reimbursed for our employees. Other costs, which can be proved work-related with the approval of
your supervisor and the financial department, may be reimbursed.
Q3: Will my passport and other documents be lost or other accidents occur in half-way being sent to you?
A3: Please choose reputable courier company to send your important documents, and we will also choose reputable international courier
companies when sending your documents back. Please be assured that we will use your documents for processing your employment visa and
residence permit purposes only.
If you are concerned about the safety of documents, you may apply tourist visa to Shenzhen first, and after we get the required information from
you for applying for the official employment visa, you can return your country to apply for and obtain the official employment visa. It takes about
two weeks from your arriving in Shenzhen to your returning back for employment visa application. This would make a certain costs during the
process, such as the cost of your tourist visa, the accommodation and living costs in Shenzhen etc. The company will not provide reimbursement
for these costs, besides it will delay the process of your visa application. Therefore, we recommend that you send your personal documents and
materials to us and let our professionals to handle it for you.
