The ARS Online Dashboard provided by the Victoria Mutual Pensions Management business, is a secure, online portal which allows ARS plan members to view their account details. This portal is accessible 24 hours per day. 2. Where can I access the ARS Online Dashboard? You can access the ARS Online Dashboard on the VMPM website or by copying and pasting the following link https://vmpensions.vmbs.com into any of the following browsers. Google Chrome Apple Safari Internet Explorer Firefox Microsoft Edge 3. How do I gain access to my details on the ARS Online Dashboard? You will need to register and create a password to access the ARS Online Dashboard. Thereafter you can use the portal at any time, using the password you created. 4. How do I register for the ARS Online Dashboard? You will only be required to register the first time you access the portal. At that time, a log-in window will appear from where you will create a password after entering the following details: First and Last name Email address Phone number TRN Date of birth Once the information entered matches our records, an activation email will be sent to the email address entered. The creation of the password will complete the registration process. 5. Once registered, what information will I have access to on the portal? The ARS Online Dashboard only presents accurate information. Your records are updated based on payments made. All other information is exactly as provided by you to us. 11. 1. What is the ARS Online Dashboard?

The ARS Online Dashboard provided by the Victoria Mutual Pensions Management business, is a secure, online portal which allows ARS plan members to view their account details. This portal is accessible 24 hours per day.

2. Where can I access the ARS Online Dashboard?

You can access the ARS Online Dashboard on the VMPM website or by copying and pasting the following link https://vmpensions.vmbs.com into any of the following browsers.

3. How do I gain access to my details on the ARS Online Dashboard?

You will need to register and create a password to access the ARS Online Dashboard. Thereafter you can use the portal at any time, using the password you created.

4. How do I register for the ARS Online Dashboard?

You will only be required to register the first time you access the portal. At that time, a log-in window will appear from where you will create a password after entering the following details:

• First and Last name• Email address• Phone number• TRN• Date of birth

Once the information entered matches our records, an activation email will be sent to the email address entered. The creation of the password will complete the registration process.
