Biography

Joyce HannamJoyce Hannam has taught English in several European countries including Greece, Spain, turkey an the Czech Republic. She now lives in York, in the north of England, and works mainly with Japanese and Chinese university students, and business people from Europe. She has written a number of other stories for students of English.After graduating from Oxford University with a degree in English Literature, then I trained as a secondary school teacher and worked at a school in London for a year. The decision to move from literature to language teaching, ELT then trained in London and spent several years in London (private schools) and Athens (British Council), teaching General English and Business English. In Athens also worked as an examiner of Cambridge.
