• July 2002 - Regional boundaries, organizational structure and process to identify directors announced

• September 2002 - Announcement of new directors for the new divisional structure

• October 2002 - Construction of River East Access Centre and planning for centres in Transcona and Inkster announced

• November 2002 - Allocating resources to new divisional structure in preparation for implementation

• December 2002 - Announcement of new organization effective January 6, 2003
