June 26 - July 7 PICASSO AT THE LAPIN AGILE by Steve Martin Steve Martin’s work of comic genius places Albert Einstein, Pablo Picasso, and a cast of uniquely wired characters inside a 1904 Parisian cafe...where they muse on the century’s greatest achievements and future prospects. A delightful brain tickler! One of (producer) Miss Charlotte’s all-time fav’s! Rated PG. July 10 - July 21 BOTTOMS UP! By Gregg Kreutz June is a happy-go-lucky Zumba instructor on holiday in a Caribbean Hotel...who accidentally acquires the cash-filled suitcase of two money-launderers from Cleveland! What follows is a series of high-speed elevator -button pushing, hallway running and very disturbing room service...culminating in the silliest, most ridiculous Zumba class ever taught! A high energy farce for beginning and advanced laughers! Rated G. July 24 - Aug. 4 HIGH STRANGENESS by Elizabeth Orndorff When three women from a small Kentucky town tell authorities about their close encounter aboard a UFO, all anyone really wants to know is: did the aliens probe them? As the women are thrust into a different type of spotlight, they are forced to explore all dimensions that lie between telling the truth...and being believed. A great play to watch outside. Inspired by real events, that happened nearby! Comedy/ Drama, Rated PG. Aug. 7 - Aug. 18 TUNA DOES VEGAS by Jaston Williams, Joe Sears, and Ed Howard All the residents of Tuna, Texas tag along, when conservative radio host Arles Struvie announces that he and his wife, Bertha Bumiller, are going to renew their vows...in Sin City! Two men act out all the parts...including Vegas showgirls and Elvis impersonators in this affectionate sendup of small town life. A comedy full of viva, baby! Rated PG Aug. 24 & 25 Two nights only! STANDUP COMEDY SHOW! Starring Etta May For two nights (only) the reigning Queen of Southern Sass will take you on a redneck ride through the Deep South! Etta May has appeared on Oprah, CBS, MTV, CMT and is the winner of the prestigious "Stand-Up Comic of the Year!" award. Let it all hang out, girlfriends!...Truth happens! Rated PG-13.
