We recognize the pillar of Leadership as we honor the
Arlington High School Captain’s Council
“The MIAA’s Educational Athletics Achievement Award
embodies leadership, goal-setting, teamwork, decision making
and healthy competition among other life skills. I cannot
choose a more fitting group that exemplifies these qualities,
than our Captain’s Council. This unified group impacts over
four hundred student athletes and shapes our athletic culture
while spreading the message that we are ‘thirty teams, one
