Please bring your entries toLighthouse Community Centre,Lions’ Way in Qualicum Bay on
Friday, Sept 2, 2011between 1:00 – 5:30.
1. Entry fee - ADULTS $0.50 eachfor the first 10 items. Subsequententries are $0.25 each.
2. CHILDREN’S entries $0.25 foreach item.
3. Doors close promptly at 5:30 pmSeptember 2, 2011
4. Enter as many classes as you wish,but only one entry per class.
5. All exhibits must be made or grownby the exhibitor and must be theproperty of the exhibitor at the timeof the Fair.
6. NO entries are to be picked upbefore the Fair is officially closed at4pm. Any entries left after 4pm onSept 3th, will be auctioned off at4:30pm. All proceeds to the Fair.
7. Entries must not have beenentered in any previous Bow HorneBay Community Club Fair, known asLighthouse Country Fall Fair.
8. Display only the exact numbercalled for in each class.
9. All possible care will be taken ofthe exhibits, but Fair Board will notbe held responsible for loss or damageof entries.
10. Decisions of judges are final.
