The Human Capital Management Assessment tool is intended to align an organization’s human capital management practices with its business strategy. Once the assessment is completed, the recommendations provide MFIs with a roadmap to fully aligned, strategic HCM practices.

2. Leaders for the Field (LFTF) Program

‘Leaders For The Field’ (LFTF) is a leadership solution created by Grameen Foundation in partnership with CoCoon Consulting and the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), to develop the management and leadership skills of middle managers.

3. Saksham (CRM/Sales Training Program)

Saksham is a capacity building intervention for the staff which helps enhance the overall productivity of the field staff.

4. BCP (Business Communication Program)

This program is targeted at the managerial audiences of an organization. It helps improve the quality of communication of the people who need to develop credibility and build relationships. The program focuses on the communication concepts of Think Right, Behave Right, Say it Right & Write Right.

5. Employee Engagement/Experience Survey

The Employee Engagement tool surveys current levels of employee commitment. Through world class surveys, we work with internal HR teams to create an action plan based on the findings of the survey and ensure it is acted upon by regular follow ups.

6. HCM Services on Retainership Basis

The retainership engagement model allows the organisation to draw on deep HR expertise without having to hire and keep such skills on its permanent payroll.

7. Recruitment & Selection Toolkit

Our Recruitment & Selection suite of tools help attract talent and also identify the current and future talent needs of the organization.

The ‘Total Rewards Toolkit’ helps the FSPs create environments in which employees are engaged and motivated. It offers a menu of tools that the FSPs can use to build their own strategic rewards approaches that reinforce theirbusiness objectives.

The leadership development program helped us in developing the leadership style of our managers. My personal opinion is that if you attend the LFTF program, you may not be required to attend any Human Resource Management Courses. Our surveys say that we have been able to work out several issues which we had been experiencing previously before attending the LFTF program.

The Succession Planning Toolkit helps develop a process that enables MFIs to address this strategic need and develop robust succession plans.
