Product

FAIRCRETE R2 SPECIAL is a retarding water reducing admixture

conforming to IS-9103-2003 BS-5075 Part-I : 1982 and ASTM C-

494 : 71 type D. Retard the setting time of concrete and to reduce

water requirement for a specified workability.

Description

FAIRCRETE R2 SPECIAL is clear colour melamine based retarding

plasticizer can be used with all types of white cements. FAIRCRETE

R2 SPECIAL acts as both a set-retarder and as a plasticizer.

Typical Properties

Physical Form : Clear Colour liquid

Air entrainment : 1% approximately

Chloride content : Nil as per IS-456 & BS 5075

pH : 7 to 8

Specific Gravity : 1.083 ± 0.015

Solid content : 15% ± 2.5 %

Packing & Dosage

Available in 1, 5, 20, 50, 100, 200 litre carboys.

100 ml to 300 ml per 50 Kg cement. The minimum dosage is best

determined by site trials. FAIRCRETE R2 SPECIAL should be used

along with the mixing water to ensure uniform dispersion.
