Thesis Statement
✤Fair trade is an incredibly valuable social movement that helps create structure and stability in developing countries, forms stronger government ties with international countries and provides Canadian investors with new opportunities.

compromising their workers.

Conclusion
✤In conclusion Fair trade has allowed for Canada and other
international countries to create stronger government ties
amongst each other around the world through the development
of the WTFO. It has also helped in creating global economic
stability and providing investors in developed countries with new
opportunities as well as the producing investors in developing
countries. The partnership through organizations such as
Fairtrade Canada between major companies and producers has
contributed to creating a sustainable development by offering
better trading conditions, fair pricing as well as the security of
workers’ rights. It is important that we continue to promote this
social movement as it benefits not only developed countries but
helps to create stability and empowers third world countries to
reach their full potential as well.
