The first screen of the AcroYoga App displays a menu for the user to chose from. Clicking on a chosen category will open a new screen with video tutorials of exercises in that category. Basic Beginners – Basic AcroYoga poses. This category is for people that just started practicing AcroYoga. Basic Intermediate Basic AcroYoga poses. The poses in this category are suitable for Practitioners that feel comfortable with the poses from Basic Beginners category. The more The Merrier – Exercises involving more than two people. Therapeutic Bases (givers) will guide the flyers (receivers) into the inverted flying position on their feet and maneuver the flyers through some passive assisted stretches and massages using gravity.
