Cheesy chicken and Potato bakeIngredients

500g potatoes

1 chicken breast (Cooked and

cubed)

25g margarine

2 tbsp. milk

100g Cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper

Time Method

Preheat the oven to 200C/Gas 6.

Peel potatoes, cut into pieces.

Put potatoes into a saucepan with water. Bring to the boil, cook for 20 mins

Cut chicken into small cubes

Grate the cheese onto a plate.

Drain potatoes using a colander

Mash potatoes, add milk,

Margarine, most of the cheese

and chicken

Put into ovenproof dish, sprinkle on rest of cheese, salt and pepper

Bake until cheese is brown.
