• “The Big Top” opened at Water World in 2008. This new circus-themed area is designed for family fun. The 8,600 sq. ft area features multiple activities for tikes and toddlers, and areas where family and friends can relax and watch their little ones dip, swim and slide. The area is adjacent to the newly refurbished Fun H2Ouse, which offers hundreds of water gags and activities for people of all ages.

• Water World’s “TurboRacer” stands at 61 feet. This eight-lane slide is the tallest of its kind in the world and the first of its kind in the country. The ride is the park’s first mat and headfirst ride. The attraction is also Water World’s most efficient ride, moving more than 1,000 riders through every hour.

• Water World’s two award-winning attractions, the “Lost River of the Pharaohs” and “Voyage to the Center of the Earth,” have won numerous awards from the World Water Park Association and International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions. • “The Wave” is the first simulated wave in the world that features side-by-side waves for two riders.

• “Storm” is one of the most exciting “enclosed family rides” ever created, featuring a 700-foot long, 60-foot vertical drop on a 10 percent incline.
