1.Jumbo

Roll

Removed Jumbo Roll Gear Placing one or two jumbo rolls in the final

part of tissue machine is the first step to do. The pair of jumbo roll gears are easy control equipment up and down by pressing the control panel options.

Machinists will remove jumbo to the right position as well as the video machinist do.

Jumbo Roll Transfer Belts

The transfer belt is made of good leather to avoid tissue paper crease while jumbo roll begin to operate.

Machinist have to manage the transfer belt rise up by the right side control panel options while the facial tissue is going to finish.

Controlling Panel Options It is located in the

right side of the CH228 6T Facial Tissue Machine.

The major function of controlling panel options are organize the final part of tissue machine which consist of removing jumbo roll set, jumbo roll belt, and alter power equipment performance.

Embossing Rolls Embossing rolls are

made of steel and rubber material in separate.

In general, embossing rolls contain some specific patterns which could be figured out by customers’ requirement.

Printing colour equipment could be combine in this part.

Internal Structure Control Panel Items
