    Draw corners of mouth downward. Tighten muscles on neck to tighten the skin below the jaw.

    Lift upper border of lip on one side only. This is a sneering expression.

    Perform 3 sets of 10 Repetitions, three times a day.

    Sit comfortably. Take several gulps of air. Close mouth and push air into throat. Breath out slowly through mouth and repeat.

    Perform 3 sets of 10 Repetitions, three times a day.

    Rest 1 Minute between sets.Perform 1 repetition every 4 Seconds.

    Stand in front of mirror. Place tip of tongue behind top teeth on the roof of mouth. Position index fingers at both TMJs. Open jaw, making sure it moves down and back and straight. Remove tongue from roof of mouth and open fully. Repeat.

    Perform 3 sets of 10 Repetitions, three times a day.

    Rest 1 Minute between sets.

    Perform 1 repetition every 4 Seconds.

    Sit, relaxed, with proper posture, teeth slightly apart, tongueon roof of mouth, and breathing with your diaphragm. Open mouth the amount of about 2 knuckles. Without moving or closing jaw, press gently on jaw for severalseconds in each in the following directions: 1. To the right, then to the left.

    2. Press up on chin, then back. 3. Press diagonally back and to right, then diagonally backand left.

    Perform 3 sets of 3 Minute, three times a day.

    Rest 1 Minute between sets.Perform 1 repetition every 4 Seconds.

    Close your teeth together tightly, clenching your jaw muscles.

    Perform 1 set of 10 Repetitions, three times a day.

    Hold exercise for 10 Seconds.

    Place thumb on bottom of chin. Attempt to open mouth, applying light resistance with thumb. No movement of jaw should occur. Relax and repeat.

    Perform 1 set of 10 Repetitions, three times a day.

    Hold exercise for 10 Seconds.

    Open jaw until tightness is felt. Place index finger on bottom teeth. Attempt to close mouth, applying light resistance with finger. No movement of jaw should occur. Relax and repeat.

    Perform 1 set of 10 Repetitions, three times a day.

    Hold exercise for 10 Seconds.

    Place tongue on roof of mouth. Open mouth slightly. Push chin in all directions gently. Sideways, forward, backward, and upward.

    S ecial Instructions:Use only minimal force.

    Perform 5 sets of 1 Minute, three times a day.

    Rest 1 Minute between sets.Perform 1 repetition every 4 Seconds.

    Open mouth until jaw muscles feel minor stretch. This is usually about 75% of full opening. Hold mouth open for 20 seconds, then close slowly.

    Perform 1 set of 4 Repetitions, twice a day.

    Hold exercise for 20 Seconds.
