ORLANDO, Fla. – Apri l 4, 2006 – Oceanside Glasstile, a world leader in the design and

production of handcrafted glass tile, today released new Facets miniature mosaic field tile

adding to the gem-like mini mosaic line of petite borders and field patterns introduced last

year. Recognized for award winning design and production innovation, Oceanside Glasstile will

also be featuring Elevations, a new line of larger format field and multi-dimensional decorative

liners, in Booth #3222 at Coverings 2006, April 4-7 in Orlando, Florida.

Available in showrooms in June 2006, the new Facets field tile mirrors in miniature the

company’s popular Tessera™ line of mosaic glass tile. Facets field, one of the smallest glass

tiles in the industry, is available in three sizes: 1/2” x 1/2”; 1/2” x 1” Offset Joint; and Random

Modular. Light-capturing Facets borders and field tile patterns are made-to-order in a choice of

44 iridescent and non-iridescent colors in Ocean or Earth palettes. Border sizes vary, with the

average border running 3” tall by 12” wide and many can be cut into small decorative or

narrow linear accents. Field tile comes face-mounted on paper in 12” x 12” sheets (all sizes are

nominal).

consumers, architects and designers alike as a jewel-like design accent perfect for any

traditional glass tile mosaic application including enlivening small spaces and pool or spa

Elevations

Also available in showrooms in June 2006 is Oceanside Glasstile's new Elevations, a series of

larger format field tiles and geometric patterned decorative liners. The new collection features

clean lines and modern aesthetics. Its combination of size, pattern and multidimensional

surface textures adds a strong architectural statement to any design, residential or commercial.

Sold as individual pieces, field sizes range from 1 1/4” x 10” to 10” x 10”, and 2 ½” x 2 ½” to

5” x 10”. An additional field tile, Extrados (1 1/4" x 10"), features a bold arch that creates a 3-

dimensional appearance especially when set in an offset pattern. Whether set vertically or

horizontally, straight set, offset, or in random modular patterns, Elevations is perfect for

dramatic indoor and outdoor floor and wall applications. Six decorative liners are also

available—Vanishing Point, Optics, Levels, Decipher, Freehand and Mirage—averaging

2 1/4” x 10 3/4” in size.

Elevations field tile is available in seven iridescent colors. Decorative liners are available in 31

iridescent and non-iridescent colors from the company’s Casa California® line as well as the

Elevations field tile colors.
