It is a valuable emotion that tells us we need to address an issue. Let us explore the different faces of human anger.

PASSIVE AGGRESSION•Withholds Prise, attention, or affection.
•May forget or fail to follow through on commitments.
•Withhold intimacy when upset.
•Engages in actions known to upset the other persons.

SARCASM•Make “humorous” or cutting remarks about others.
•Reveals embarrassing personal information to others.
•Causes Public Humiliation.
•Uses a tone of voice and manner that convey disgust or disapproval.

COLD ANGER•Avoids intimacy
•Withdraws from the other person for period of time.
•Refuses to reveal what is wrong.

HOSTILITY
•Conveys an inner intensity.
•Shows visible signs of frustration and annoyance with others who don’t move fast enough or who fail to meet high expectations for competence or performance.

AGGRESSION•Raises Voice, Verbally loud and abusive.
