● Weekdays 1-4PM and 7-7:30PM

● Before and after 8AM/PM

● Can schedule your posts for these times!

● Highest traffic occurs mid-week between 1 to 3pm

1. Start by creating a post at the top

of your page’s timeline

2. Click next to Publish and select

3. Below Publication, select the

Using Hashtags While Posting.What are hashtags?

● They are words preceded by a number

sign that create a clickable “link” on

Facebook and other social media outlets

REMINDER: Capitals do not affect the

hashtags ability to be a link, but additional

punctuation does!

certain topics find conversations

hashtag when they themselves post about

Comments is important:

○ Their feedback can be useful, it

shows what they like and what

they might not!

○ Responding shows customers you

are engaged and care about their

thoughts

○ Gives credibility to your Facebook

customer service

● Do’s and Don’ts of Responding to

Customer Comments

○ DO respond in a timely manner

○ DON’T get into arguments with

unhappy customers

○ DO deal with negative comments

through a different form of

communication, such as email

○ DON’T respond without proofreading

first!

○ DO personalize responses, including

the commenter's name is a nice touch

○ DON’T forget to acknowledge your

positive feedback, this will encourage

some of the other platforms

are not

allow customers to visualize products

or services

● Like Facebook, can post photos and

videos with captions and hashtags

● Display photos of your business as

well as get information to customers

about new products, promotions,
