Create a Facebook PageFacebook steps you through the process and there are links to relevant information along the way for any questions you may have.

To Create a Page1. Scroll down the

navigation bar in the News Feed to display Pages

2. Click ‘Create a Page’

1. You can click ‘Create a Page’

Click to choose a category for your page

Choosing A Category

1. Click the drop down arrow to choose a category which best reflects your need

2. Type your company name into the Company Name field

3. Click the link to read Facebook Page Terms

4. Select I agree with Facebook Page Terms to continue

5. Click Get Started

1. Add information about your business, your cause, your organisation etc

2. Add a profile picture3. Choose a Facebook web address4. Enable ads, if you wish

You can skip step 1, 2, 3 and 4 and add information or create advertisements later, if you wish. There is a cost for placing ads on your page.NB: Once you have chosen your Facebook web address, it cannot be changed.

When you have completed the page set-up, you may be offered options to add a post or like the Page, for example. You can skip all of them and complete them at a later date if you wish.

Viewing & Editing a Page

1. When you have created a new page, a link will appear in the navigation pane of your News feed.

2. Run the mouse over the area to display the pencil icon

3. Click the icon to edit the page or click the link to view the page
