About Me

About Me: Forgive My Fins is a fishy tale of a mermaid named Lily that is in love with a boy on land named Brody. Brody is the best swimmer on the swim team, and to Lily he is irresistible. He belongs in the water. Lily lives part on land with her aunt and part in the water in Thalassinia. On land, Quince, her next door neighbor, bugs her constantly and calls her “Princess”.

What Lily doesn’t know is that Quince doesn’t bug her just to bug her, he likes her. Lily and Quince planned to have Brody meet Lily in the library during the dance, but it wasn’t Brody who kissed her in the dark library. It was Quince. Now Lily is stuck bonded to Quince and she has to decide whether or not she wants to stay with him, or become unbonded. This story of love is definite to get your heart beating flipper-fast.
