It’s a toolFace recognition is another form of video analytics and can be used as a very powerful

and positive tool.

For many years ANPR has really been the only reliable video analytics to pre-warning staff

that a possible offender is on or near your premises.

Unlike other manufactures we use a dual algorithm design with makes the face

recognition technology more reliable and accurate.

Like ANPR you can create your very own watch lists that are used to trigger warnings.

Triggered events and warnings don’t just have to be used of loss prevention and the monitoring of prolific offenders or violent visitors, they could be used for a

range of different applications.

Product Design – Dual algorithm

A Customer enters the store and passes

through the Face recognition zone.

Both the camera and Metros M.A.R.S FR CIP

Server will compare the face to any enrolled

faces (Staff / VIP’s / Know offenders) both

using completely different algorithms.

When the system has a face match it will

follow your chosen response plan.

As example using the diagram to the right:

The onsite server will inform Metros cloud

server to send out alerts.

A push notification will be sent to an onsite

guard’s mobile device

A notification is sent to a desktop client in

you own centralised security office

You can add a human intervention to do a

pre-check before any alerts are sent out
