Al BiddA TOWErThe complex and unconventional structure of a diagonal curtain wall was a beautiful challenge for the architect agency, that has been awarded the Tower Project of the year 2011 for its engineering and design accomplishments with the Al Bidda Tower. The unique building is 215 meters (705 feet) tall and derived from the concept of a tornado. its 43 storeys all differ in size.

The Emirates Park Towers are the ‘body’ of the tallest luxury and leisure hotel buildings in the world. Originally, the intention was a singular stand-alone tower. That plan was changed after visionary thinking and innovative re-design. The two towers now host a total of 1606 rooms, nine restaurants and five lounges. The 77 storeys reach a height of 355 meters (1165 feet).

our answer is to link a BMU to a building management system,

by using Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) technology. This
