Common Questions: Q: How do we find out about projects to bid?
A: Once you have filled out the Subcontractor Pre-Qualification Form and it has
been approved, you will be entered in our vendor database and will receive e-
mail notifications of projects we are bidding. F.A. Nunnelly also advertises bid
opportunities in public plan rooms such as the Virtual Builders Exchange,
Dodge Plan Room, the AGC, and local news outlets.
Q: Is Subcontractor bonding required?
A: Subcontractor bonding is determined on a per project basis. F.A. Nunnelly is
more than happy to assist your company in acquiring bonding for projects that
require it.

Must include: Bodily injury & Property damage on an “Occurrence” basis, Premises & Operations, Independent Contractors, Products / Completed Operations (3 years past substantial completion), and Personal Injury liability.

Excess Liability Coverage, following form, over Employers’ Liability, Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability Coverages, with the limits:
Excess Liability Coverage $2,000,000
Pollution Liability Coverage shall be provided Subcontractor if the work to be performed includes environmental or remediation with minimum limits:
Pollution Liability Coverage $1,000,000
Professional Liability Coverage shall be provided by Subcontractor if the work to be performed includes architectural or engineering services with minimum limits:
Professional Liability Coverage $1,000,000
The following endorsements must also be included on your insurance certificate:
Subcontractors Worker’s Compensation, Business Automobile Liability, and Commercial General liability coverages shall be endorsed to waive all rights of subrogation in favor of Contractor and its affiliates.
Subcontractor’s policies listed above must be endorsed to cover Contractor and its affiliates, and their shareholders, directors, officers, members, employees and agents as additional insureds with respect to liability arising out of work performed by or for the Subcontractor, including ongoing and completed operations in connection with this Subcontract. There shall be no exclusion of coverage for separation of insureds.
Subcontractor’s policies listed above must be endorsed to cover as an additional insured any third party to the extent required by the Contract Documents.
Such endorsements provide as to each additional insured at a minimum coverage to the limits of each such policy for at least each Claim to the same extent that Subcontractor is obligated to indemnify and defend the additional insured as an indemnified Party under the subcontract
All policies will be endorsed to reflect thirty (30) days notice of cancellation to the Contractor. Subcontractor shall not cause or permit its insurance to be canceled, reduced, restricted, limited or invalidated.
