A GIS-based application catered for the need to view and process the ASCII data submitted with the implementation of the PUK2002 and Pekeliling KPUP bil. 3/2003Able to read, view and process the ASCII data from Licensed Land Surveyors not only limited to Pekeliling KPUP bil. 3/2003 but also conform to the Pekeliling KPUP bil. 1/1997. A new FBK database is created in Oracle 9i database to store the Field Book ASCII data submitted from Licensed Land Surveyor as well as from JUPEM PUD surveyors.
