Requesting Materials

CHECK THE LIBRARY’S HOLDINGS AGAINST THE DATE OF YOUR ARTICLE

Microfilm and in print.

We own microfilm issues only up to 1998

However, we have print issues up through Sept. 2009, which would include the article we are looking

for.

WRITE DOWN THE CALL NUMBER FOR THE JOURNAL, AND USE IT TO LOCATE THE CORRECT ISSUE OF THE JOURNAL

Requests are usually free. If a free copy cannot be located, you will be notified prior to any charges.

Usually the article will be e-mailed to you at your Scatcat e-mail address. The message will contain a password that will allow you to access the document.

Occasionally, the article will be in print form, and you will need to stop by the Interlibrary Loan office, Room 112, at the library to pick it up. We will contact you when it arrives.
