youth of our community! Lots of exciting programs – tried and true popular ones that are part of the Boys & Girls Club tradition, along with some fun, new ones!

If you are a past Club member, your 2018-2019 membership will expire on September 30th. You must re-enroll your child annually. If you are new to the Club, come on in and try us on for size – spend a day here with one of your friends and check out what is going on. We want EVERYONE to be a member of the Club.

AGE REQUIREMENTSAll youth ages 7 or in 2nd grade through 18 (grade 12) are eligible to become full members of the Club.

• Peanut Patrol is open to youth ages 5-7 (Kindergarten to Grade 2). • School-Age Program is for youth in grades K-4.

BECOMING A MEMBER• Complete and submit an on-line registration available on our website www.bgcea.org

(preferred method) OR• Download and complete a membership application available on our website, bring in or mail

to the Club at P.O. Box 36, East Aurora, NY 14052 along with your payment. • Memberships are not valid until completed registration and payment have been received. • Scholarships are available to families on the free/reduced lunch program at school. A copy of

the school confirmation letter is required. Scholarships are also available to families experiencing a financial hardship by submitting a Scholarship Application. Please contact [email protected] or 652-4180. An application will be forwarded to you. Your child’s membership will be pending until completed application is returned.

MEMBERSHIP• A membership card will be issued to all Elementary and new members within 3-5 days of

submitting your application and fee. Membership cards are available to be picked up at the front desk. (membership cards are not mailed home). Members should stop at the front desk to obtain instructions on signing in with either their card or their member #. Middle School & High School members will receive a new card upon request. All Elementary school members are encouraged to bring their card every day to eliminate delays and confusion when signing in.

• All members MUST sign in at the Front Desk when attending the Club. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT WE TRACK ALL OF OUR MEMBERS AT THE CLUB for both safety reasons and for funders who consider these numbers when making funding decisions.

• Membership expire on September 30, 2020.• Membership dues are non-refundable/non-transferable. • Rates and schedules are subject to change.

Future is an online curriculum created by Boys & Girls Clubs of America to give youth the technology skills they need to thrive in today’s digital world. Through personalized and engaging hands-on experiences My.Future teaches youth valuable digital skills and helps them understand their media world, identify and develop interests and earn certifications as they progress. WHAT IS OUR CLUB’S IMPACT?

The Boys & Girls Club of East Aurora is committed to changing the lives of our local youth. In order to ensure our impact, we must take into account our member’s experiences. By measuring how much Club kids and teens are achieving, we can determine how effectively the Club is helping them build a great future.

WHO DO WE SERVICE?LYLA, AGE 9After school, Lyla heads straight to the Club and upstairs to the Music Room. She enjoys learning about music and playing different instruments. Lyla now has the confidence to perform on our Talent Nights.

EVAN, AGE 14Evan is one of our Keystone Club members. With guidance from Staff, Keystone Club aims to positively impact teens, their Club, and community. Keystone has taught Evan responsibility and leadership.

AMELIA, AGE 10We can always find Amelia in the Computer Lab. She enjoys My.Future, a computer science program providing coding and educational games. Thanks to this program, Amelia is learning science in a different environment after school.
