HOW TO CREATE NEW FLYERS1. Login to Agents Only at the bottom of www.GaryGreene.com2. Click on PowerHouse from the Gary Greene Portal3. Login with the same username and password that was used

for Broker/Agent Admin

Click Marketing from the Menu BarThat will take you to this screen

To create a new Flyer – click CREATE on the upper right hand side of the screen.

Select your template. Flyers 1 – 4 can be emailed or printed.Then click NEXT

Enter a title – this is just for your purposes and does NOT show on FlyerEnter the MLS# of the property Then click GO

Click OK on the pop-up that says “Information has been fetched successfully” and the rest of the photos and data will load if not already loaded.

You will see a text editor for you to edit fonts as desired. Click to edit text and clean up MLS data. (On Flyers 1 – 4 – the Text on the image cannot be edited. It is in the image)

To change out a photo – click on the photo you want to replace.Click on the IMAGE icon …..

Click the MLS Gallery and the photos from MLS will be there! Choose the one want and click UPDATE. (note there is an option to upload one form your computer under General)

The new photo will be replaced and you are good to go!Or repeat the procedure to replace another one.

1. NEXT - You can PREVIEW the Flyer – and/or2. Save and Continue Saves your work and leaves you on this screen for more editing3. Save and Exit – takes you to your list of Flyers where you can Print/Email them.

Click PRINT for hard copies.

IF THE FLYER PRINTS ON TWO PAGES YOU MAY NEED TO GO BACK AND REMOVE SOME OF THE REMARKS THAT MIGHT HAVE IT PUSHED IT DOWN TOO FAR. WE ARE WORKING ON A CHARACTER COUNT.

If the flyers are UGLY and missing the beautiful headers – then you probably need to check the Print Background Images. Clicking

PRINT HELP will get you to those instructions

COMING SOON! - Click the EMAIL icon to email Flyers 1 – 4. These are not links – they will be in the email. Fill out info and hit SEND. (Issues in Outlook right now)

Flyers look in fine in Gmail

The Flyer will appear in the email….. Depending on their email client they may have to Right Click to download the images first.

Should you want to update your personal photo or any agent information – click on YOUR NAME at the to of the screen – and click the EDIT button above your photo.Make changes and Then SAVE.
